My favorite thing that facebook does vs. myspace and friendster (when they were on top) is that they update and change their product in pretty substantial ways despite constant cries from cynical users saying “the new facebook sucks.” But he’s held on. 2 years ago, you could call Zuckerberg’s success dumb luck, but now its clear that he knows what he’s doing and he can lead an agile web software company with the best of them..
